A Passion for the Law and Media

Our company was founded by a lawyer who loves what he does and also wanted to start his own business. He eventually decided to use his background in media entertainment law to make his dream come true. Since he specialized in InterAmerican Law while studying at the University of Miami, doing business with international companies has become easy for him, especially since he knows a lot about producing content for television and online media. As a practicing lawyer since 2004, our founder said his favorite part of the job is drafting and negotiating with clients. He also has strong relationships with his colleagues in the LATAM legal field, and he leveraged them to grow the business.

Mentor Services

For about 10 years, our founder served as a mentor of Southeastern Law students who were then working with the UN. He realized that law schools just train you in theory, but it's a whole different story in practice, especially in contract drafting.
